Sabine Kraaijenhof-Sandbergen is Head of Operations of the Netherlands Interdisciplinary Demographic Institute (NIDI). She studied economics at VU University Amsterdam and participated in the management development program of the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality. She qualified herself in change management (change is the only constant!) and various disciplines of business management during her career. She has experience with IT project management, integral management, organizational development and policy development in the field of IT, HR and Finance. She emphasizes the importance of the development of department performance (failure is success if we can learn from it), mutual cohesion and job satisfaction of the team members. It gives her energy if she can contribute to a positive working atmosphere, good results and the objectives of NIDI.
