Lara Fizaine is a PhD researcher at Leyden Academy of Vitality and Aging and guest researcher at NIDI. She is part of the NWA-funded project Dilemmas of doing Diversity (DiDi), in which her project focuses on diversity policies and practices in social care for older adults in the Netherlands. She completed the Research Master Social Sciences at the University of Amsterdam and a master in Social Policy and Public Health at Utrecht University.
