Milynn Koene is a PhD researcher at NIDI. She holds a MSc in Migration, Ethnic Relations and Multiculturalism from Utrecht University. Her doctoral research is part of the NWA-funded project Prominent Reduction of loneliness among Older Migrants through Interventions and Social Engagement (PROMISE). In this project, she focuses on quantifying the variation in underreporting loneliness among older migrants and identifying groups at risk of loneliness.
