Lara Fizaine is a PhD researcher at NIDI and Leyden Academy of Vitality and Aging. She is part of the NWA-funded project Dilemmas of doing Diversity (DiDi), in which her project focuses on diversity policies and practices in social care for older adults in the Netherlands. Before working at NIDI, she completed the Research Master Social Sciences at the University of Amsterdam and a master in Social Policy and Public Health at Utrecht University.
