Rosa Glijn is a PhD researcher at NIDI. Her PhD focuses on the demographics of part-time work in the Netherlands, under the supervision of Prof. dr. Kène Henkens, Dr. Lonneke van den Berg, and Prof. dr. Matthijs Kalmijn. This research takes place within the ‘Meer Uren Werkt!’ project. Rosa obtained a Research Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Amsterdam and a BSc in Sociology from Radboud University. Before joining NIDI, she worked as a junior researcher at Verwey-Jonker Institute, where she was part of different research projects ranging from labour market issues to gender-based violence. Her research interests include labour market inequalities, the division of paid and unpaid work within families, work-family policies, and intersectionality.
