S. (Sayoni) Santara M.Sc.

Sayoni Santara is a postdoctoral researcher working with Dr. Zoltán Lippényi on gender inequality in senior recruitment. Her current research examines how executive search practices and organizational processes shape women’s access to leadership positions, focusing in particular on candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and perceptions of fit. She is also awaiting her PhD defense at the University of Groningen, where her dissertation examines workplace cooperation and the role of organizational structures and cultures in shaping cooperative behavior.
