SoGreen: Social aspects of the green transition

The goal of the SoGreen project is to enhance the capacities of the four leading social science infrastructures in Europe ESS ERIC, SHARE ERIC, GGP and GUIDE, and generate valuable insights aimed at facilitating the study and evaluation of the social aspects of the green transition for different generations and socioeconomic groups across Europe, using a life-course perspective. Funded by the European Commission, the SoGreen project will collect new data to offer valuable insights into how elements of the European Commission’s European Green Deal affect the general population. By combining survey datasets with geospatial data using innovative visualization tools, the project promises to deliver new insights into the green transition at both national and regional levels.

This project is funded by the European Commission (Horizon Europe – Research infrastructures – Grant agreement ID: 101188188).
